RICJ’s youth are our trained DEI facilitators, making our services unique and particularly valuable. Our Youth DEI facilitators have benefitted countless organizations, from corporations, to nonprofits, and even police departments.  RICJ offers training on a variety of different topics, which are customized to suit the needs of your group.

Rhode Island for Community and Justice recognizes that we all have differences that have an impact on our daily experiences. When not addressed, our differences can lead to conflict in spaces where we engage in intentional communities, such as at work, in school, or in community and faith groups. RICJ will work with you to align your organizational culture, policies, and practices with social justice values. Our approach may include standalone sessions, a series of sessions, or leadership coaching, depending on the needs of your organization.
 

We understand every workplace culture is different, so each session is customized to suit your organization’s needs. We complete an intentional needs assessment with potential clients before we begin any partnership. This needs assessment could include focus groups, one on one meetings, meeting observation, an online survey, or some combination, allowing us to customize the work around your organization’s particular goals, priorities, and needs.
